Sean Gammon joined the company’s stockbroker in 1997 as an industrial analyst, and was appointed Director of Research in 1999. In 2002 Sean moved to Imara Corporate Finance where he has overseen transactions covering equity and debt raising, mergers and acquisitions, corporate re-structuring and privatisations. Sean has served as advisor to the bulk of Zimbabwe’s listed corporates.

Jayne first joined the Imara Group in 2003 as part of Imara Corporate Finance (Zimbabwe). She left Imara in 2005 for London, where she furthered her career in corporate finance, working for a total of three years for two firms, Bridgewell (bought out by Landsbanki) and Altium Capital. She rejoined Imara Corporate Finance in December 2008 and has experience in both mergers and acquisitions and equity capital markets, across a range of sectors.

Tawanda joined Imara Corporate Finance from KPMG Chartered Accountants (Zimbabwe) in August 2010. At KPMG he worked in the Corporate Finance and Transaction Services as an analyst where he was part of a team that advised domestic and international companies on transaction aspects ranging from valuations and investment licence applications and due diligence reviews on listed and unlisted Zimbabwean companies. His sectors experience includes; FMCG, Agro-Processing, Telecoms, Insurance and Banking. Tawanda graduated from Murdoch University in February 2006, where he obtained a Bachelor of Commerce with majors in Finance and Banking

Shepherd Mahowa is qualified to register as a chartered accountant in both South Africa and Zimbabwe. He has over 18 years working experience in financial, commercial, corporate finance and advisory services in South Africa and Zimbabwe and has held senior executive and board positions in a number of enterprises in Zimbabwe and South Africa. Shepherd has led and actively participated in a number of merger, acquisition, investment management and restructuring transactions throughout Africa.

Jeandré has a Bachelor of Accounting Degree from the University of South Africa. He passed the JSE Registered Securities and Derivative Trader exam in 2011, the JSE Sponsorship Development Programme and the FAIS exam in 2012. He joined the Imara Group in 2011 as part of Imara S. P. Reid; his functions were advising and executing derivative trades’ and equity portfolio management. He then joined Imara Corporate Finance in 2013.
